At luxeclubfashion.com, your maximum satisfaction is our priority and ultimate goal and that is why we have provided this policy to cater for any challenge that you may have with any of the products purchased from luxeclubfashion.com.
Therefore, in Luxe Club if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we guarantee the refund of your money based on our return policy.
Our return policy lasts 7 days. Hence, our valued customers are required to contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days in case they are not 100% satisfeid with their purchase.
To be eligible for a return,all items must be returned to us within 7 days of Order receipt with the following conditions; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
in addition, several types of items are exempt from being returned and these are marked ‘No returns on this item’ so once purchased such items cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, underwear, swimming suits, and some types of accessories.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (orders paid by cash will be refunded through cheque or bank transfer), within an 8-15 working days.
Refund amount includes 100% the value of the item but does not include any customs duties paid for importation, nor any additional charges charged by your credit card provider. In case an order is canceled before delivery, the refund will also the include shipping fee if it is a PayPal or credit card order.
Refunds are processed in 7 days after the item is received by us.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
